Job Description — Listings Manager & Exchange Relations
Role Overview
We are looking for a Listings Manager & Exchange Relations Lead to drive the listing of the Fizen token across DEX and CEX platforms. This role is responsible for managing exchange relationships, preparing listing documentation, coordinating liquidity partners, and executing token listing strategy with cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead token listing processes across major CEXs and DEXs.
- Build and manage relationships with exchanges, market makers, and ecosystem partners.
- Prepare listing materials: DD packages, tokenomics, legal & compliance documents.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and community teams for listing announcements and campaigns.
- Monitor liquidity, trading volume, spread, and market-maker performance.
- Support exchange-driven activations: AMAs, trading competitions, campaigns, and co-marketing.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in exchange BD, token listing, or similar roles.
- Strong network with Tier-1, Tier-2, and regional exchanges is a major advantage.
- Solid understanding of tokenomics, liquidity engineering, and market making.
- Experience working with market makers is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple counterparties.
